How to revamp an old MealπŸ½πŸπŸ²πŸ›πŸ³

I will be giving a little tip that could help you especially if you are single or a Mum.

This has helped me to be stress free at times about meals I leave in the freezer.

Maybe you are not a fan of frozen food and you always like fresh meals but.. .there are times you cannot help it especially if you are a busy person.

One, when you leave a meal in the freezer, and don’t feel like eating it again, what do you do? Throw it away? No. . .πŸ‘Ž . Wasting is disallowed ❎

Two, if you are like me who wants something creative almost every time except for few cases when you repeat only because you crave them, what do you still do?

Let me share now….

Have vegetables.

Have some eggs or other animal protein, if you aren’t vegetarian.

Fruits like Bananas, Avocados, Coconuts, Apples and depending on your preference are very good choices to add to your old meal.

In order to give a frozen a better taste and experience, you need to add some fresh vegetables which are either cooked minimally or not at all.

Chop or dice in a small size so that they don’t choke out the meal.

Warm the meal with high temperature in order to kill bacteria that may accomadate the cold temperature of the freezer.

Adding scrambled or boiled eggs helps give the meal another experience.

You may not need to add extra spices, I noticed meals tend to have a deeper flavor after freezing.

Okay……. Do not forget vegetables….
